We visit public land for the opportunity to recreate in nature, and when we visit Wilderness areas we're treated to a bonus of escaping from nearly any trace of human existence. These 800+ Wildernesses exist on federal land and have an extra level of protection from things like resource extraction, road construction, and mechanized travel (not even bicycles are permitted). Each of these wild places is marked with an icon, so you can use the poster to track the Wildernesses you've visited.
Our maps are designed with pinning in mind, so we offer framing with a mount onto foam board. These framed maps are ready for pin-placing and hanging on your wall right out of the box. We use quality, American-made frames constructed from solid polystyrene that have a sleek, modern style. Since most of our customers are interested in putting pins in their map, no glass is used in the frame. The map is permanently bonded to the substrate.
