The map was a gift and they Loved It!

I purchased this map as a Christmas gift to my 2 "soon to be" national park geeks.
I've been to 47 national parks and my friends are beginning their journey to explore the parks. They Loved the map!

Too many items.

This map shows national parks, forests, monuments, tall grass prairies, battlefields, and any place that is run by the NPS. Around 640 places. This means that in may areas there are lots of places crammed together and hard to differentiate.

Does not have all monuments on it

Beautiful map, and it would be great, EXCEPT I got this particular map as it was supposed to include ALL the parks, forests, landmarks, and monuments. However, it does not have ANY of the monuments & landmarks of Washington DC our nation’s capital. That literally makes no sense.

I'm sorry the map wasn't what you were looking for. While it does have every National Monument it definitely does not have every National Park Service site. For that you should check out these maps:
